Food Calorie Calculator
This template consists of 3 sections:

1. Personal Information
Personal information consists of details like name, age, weight, height, dietitian, etc. Fill in your information to personalize the sheet.
2. Calorie Markup
Calorie Markup consists of three levels of daily intake of calories; ideal calories, prescribed calories, and actual calories. Your dietitian/nutritionist can provide you these levels of calorie intake.
This Markup shows the difference between your prescribed and actual intake of calories. If the calories are below the prescribed it the fonts will turn red.
The sheet will fetch the actual values for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to the entries done in the respective section.
3. Calorie Calculator
This section is further divided into 3 categories; Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Each category consists of 4 columns:
- Food Details
- Quantity: Amount and Measure
- Calorie Intake
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
To use this section, simply enter the amount and measure of the food consumed, as well as the caloric intake. The template will automatically calculate the total for each category and reflect it in the Calorie Markup section.
The Food Details column contains a drop-down list that fetches the commodities entered in the calorie sheet. As soon as you enter the amount, measure, and calories, it will calculate the caloric intake for you.
For your convenience, some common Indian food items have been entered as samples. You can modify these entries and define the descriptions and caloric values according to your preferences.

Calorie Intake Log
The Calorie Intake Log is a monthly record of the calories consumed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After entering the first date, the template will automatically populate the remaining dates and their respective days.
Calculate the food calories using the Food Calorie Calculator sheet. Enter the caloric intake, and the template will sum up the total calories consumed in a day, as well as the total caloric intake for the month.
Printable Calorie Intake Log
If you prefer not to maintain the log on a smart device, you can use the printable version of the Calorie Intake Log. Simply set the print area and print the sheet. You can then file the printed sheets on a monthly basis.

You will have to make a customized database first then you need to extract data in excel. This can be possible in nutrition software.
