Personal Information
In this section, you need to enter your name, Age, Gender, Consulting Doctor or Nutritionist.
Current Weight Details
This section consists of normal weight according to your body physic. The general weight chart by Disabled-World.com is given below for ready reference.
Or else you can calculate your ideal weight with the following formula:
Men: 50 kg + (0.9 x [Height (cm) – 152] )
Women: 45.5 kg + (0.9 x [Height (cm) – 152] )
Secondly, it consists of your current weight as well as the target weight that you what to achieve in that particular month.
Monthly Weight Loss Log
Here you can maintain the daily record of decrease and increase of weight. In addition to that, you can record the duration of the activity you have done.
Select the type of activity you do and the template will calculate the calories burnt. It used the following formula:
Calories = 0.0175 x MET (from table) x weight (in kilograms) X Minutes
MET level table with respective activity is given in the last sheet. The template uses it to calculate the calorie burnt according to the selected activity.
Lastly, if you have any complications or pains during the workout you can write them down in the Additional Information section.
Weekly Weight Loss Analysis Sheet With Charts
This sheet is for analyzing weekly activities. You can know which weight loss activity help you burn how many calories.
Copy and paste the data of the week you want to analyze from the Weight Loss Log. Copy date, weight, calorie, and activity column from that sheet. This will display the chart of the inserted data.
Calorie Burn Chart:
In addition to the above, it also performs further analysis of the data. It displays average calories burnt during that week. It also display the maximum and minimum calories burnt during that week along with the respective weight-loss activity.
Furthermore, it performs the weight analysis of that particular week inserted above. This displays the maximum weight and minimum weight during that particular week. It will also provide you with total weight loss during the week.
