Here you need to enter 4 details:
- No of occupied posts
- Date as on which the occupied posts are calculated
- No of Authorised or approved posts
- Date as on which the total no of posts is calculated. It should always be the same as the above date.
2. Monthly Post Occupancy Rate
If you have bigger employee strength and have different departments and want to calculate occupancy rate on monthly basis then this section is helpful to you. Measuring it monthly can get you some insights.
