Contents of Employee Resignation Schedule Apple Numbers Template
This template consists of two sections:
- Header Section
- Resigning Employee Details
1. Header Section
Header Section consists of the company name, company logo and the date on which the employee resignation schedule is prepared. Enter the date in DD/MM/YYYY format.
2. Resigning Employee Details
In this section, you have to record details of employees that submitted their resignation. This section contains following columns:
Sr. No.: Serial Numbers
Name: The name of the employee who has submitted the resignation.
Designation: Designation of the employee.
Department: Department in which the employee is performing his duties. If no such thing this field can be left blank.
Years of Service: The time terms of years that employee has served the organization until his date of resignation.
Date of resignation: Date on which the resignation has been submitted.
Acceptance Status: The status of resignation to be displayed here. Either approved or pending.
Resignation Effective Date: The date from which the employee will be leaving the organization or the effective date of the resignation.
Handover Status: Whenever an employee resigns he has to hand over the duties, keys and pending works to the newly recruited employee. This column records the status of handover.
Remarks: Here you can enter any additional remarks like advance salaries to be recovered from the employee or any other such information.
In the end, you can enter the credentials of the HR person who has prepared the schedule and the department to which it has been circulated.
