Contents of Recruitment Tracker Apple Numbers Template
This template consists of 4 sections:
- Post Criteria
- Applicant’s Details
- Interview Detail
- Final Interview and Joining Details
1. Post Criteria
Post Criteria contains 3 details:
Position: Position for which the recruitment is under process.
Department: Department in which the position is located. Like HR, Administration, Sales etc.
Min. Experience: Minimum Experience required for the job position. When you enter the minimum experience criteria it will help you initially scrutinize the data.
2. Applicant’s Details
After the Post criteria come the applicant’s details. In this section, there are columns for each field to be entered.
Sr. No.: Serial Number
Application Received Date: Date n which the application was first received from the job applicant.
Name of Candidate: The name of the candidate applied for the job.
Contact No: Contact number of the applicant.
Consultant: If the job profile has been received from a job consultant, then mention their name otherwise leave it blank.
Previous Organization: Name of the previous organization in which the job candidate is working or have been working.
Experience: Number of years of experience in the relevant field.
Division: Division in which the candidate worked or have been working.
Application status: This cell consists of predefined logical formula. The cell consists of predefined logical conditions that will automatically reject or match the applicant’s profile.
If it is below the minimum experience it will display “Rejected”. But if the experience is equal or more than the required experience then it will display “Match”.
Remarks: Enter any specific remarks in this section.
Forwarded to: After initial scrutinization, the applicants move to respective departments or managers for approval.
Date: Date of applications forwarded.
Date of Reply: Date on which the reply from the department or manager is received.
Status: Select the status from the drop-down list. It can be either approved, rejected or on hold.
3. Interview Details
After clearing the first scrutinization on the basis of experience, second comes the interview process. We have kept two sub-interview section for each candidate. This can be decreased or increased according to the need.
Each interview section consists of following columns to be filled:
1st Interview Date: Date on which the first interview will take place.
Interviewer Name: name of the interviewer.
Status: Similar to the above, select from the drop-down list approved/rejected or on hold.
Remarks: Remarks if any from the interviewer.
The second interview section also consists of the same columns.
4. Final Interview Details
Once the candidate clears the initial interviews a final interview is conducted which finalizes the candidate and provides an offer to the candidate.
Similar to the above interview details section, this section also consists the date of final interview, interviewer name, status, and remarks.
In addition to this, it consists of CTC offered to the candidate, tentative and actual date of joining and also the issuance of the offer letter.
