ROUNDUP function returns a number rounded up to a specified number of digits. In other words, rounds a number up away from 0 (zero).
The ROUNDUP function is an inbuilt function in Excel that is categorized as a Math/Trig Function. This function can be entered as part of a formula in a cell of a worksheet.
Syntax
=ROUNDUP(number, num_digits)
Arguments
Number – Any real number that you want to be rounded up.
Num_digits – The number of digits to which you want to round number.
Both the above arguments are required.

If num_digits is greater than 0 (zero), then the number is rounded up to the specified number of decimal places.
Similarly, if num_digits is less than 0, then the number is rounded up to the left of the decimal point.
But If num_digits is 0, then the number is rounded up to the nearest integer.
