This template consists of 3 sheets: Data Input Sheet, Job Rejection Letter Template and Rejected Candidate Sheet.
There are 4 sections in the Data Input Sheet: Rejected Candidate details, Employer details, Rejection Details, and Rejection Reasons.
Rejected Candidate detail consists of:
Name

Address Line 2
City and State
Pincode
Ph. No.
Use the last sheet to enter these details and select the name from the dropdown list.
Employer details include:
Company Name
Name of HR Personnel
Designation of HR Personnel
Job Rejection Details section consists of the following heads:
Date of Rejection
Applied Post
Post Department
Post Location
Reason for Rejection
You can select the reason for rejection from the dropdown list.
Rejection Reason Section consists of 5 pre-drafted reasons that are generally applicable. You can even change them as per your agency or company’s needs. You can even enter a custom reason apart from these reasons in the last line.
This sheet can be printed just by entering the details in the Data Input Sheet. The linking of the cell has been done so that it automatically fetches data entered or selected in the data input sheet.
Printing the letter using the excel Excel file will look different from Word as it consists of table format. Hence, there will a little bit more space near the credentials. Thus, other formats have been provided above for your ease.
Additionally, to send a pdf version use the inbuilt Microsoft to PDF option available in the print menu. See image below:
