Main image URL: Insert the main product image URL.
Seller gets total 8 column space to insert high-quality image URLs of their product in this excel worksheet. Keep in mind that this space is to insert URLs of images and not any kind of text.
Make a separate folder that contains all your product images. Upload this folder on Google Drive or Dropbox or any similar cloud platform that allows storage facility. Now right click on the folder & click “Get shareable link” option to make the entire folder shareable.
Sharing the entire folder will create shareable links for individual images too. Once you are done with creating shareable links just copy & paste those links here in the excel sheet. One in each column space. You need to select 8 best images of your product that you want to upload.
Parent SKU: Provide the SKU of the main product.
Parentage: Describe whether the product is a parent or child.

Variation theme: Define the product variation theme. For example, size, colour, material, etc.
Firstly, the Variation section is to be filled only if you are uploading the main product. Now there are many products which come with related accessories. So, the main product becomes the Parent & the related accessory will be treated as a Child here in this excel sheet.
For example, Harmonium is the main product & will be treated like a Parent. Now if you want to sell Harmonium strings, keys, covers or any related accessory then these products will be treated as Child.
Update delete: Enter Update or Partial Update if updating current product details or adding a totally new product. Use “Delete” if you want to completely remove a product listing.
Product description: Describe the product in brief. Write the main features only.
Manufacturer part number: Refer product packing for part number given by the manufacturer.
Key product features: Indicate the most important features of the product in short sentences or phrases.
Search terms: Write searchable keywords that user often uses to find your product. You Get total 5 space.
Platinum Keywords: This section is to insert keywords, but only for platinum Amazon sellers.
Target audience keywords: Specify your product target audience using favourable keywords.
Thesaurus attribute keywords: Describe other attributes of your product.
Catalogue number: An Alphanumerical catalogue ID for the entire collection.
Model name: The model name of the instrument.
Number of keys: The total number of keys in the instrument.
Colour & colour map: The colour of the instrument & other available colour variety.
Size & size map: Specify the size of the instrument.
Item length, width & height: Specify the length, height & width of the product.
Website shipping weight unit of measure: Select GR, KG, OZ or LB from the drop-down list.

Battery weight (grams): The total battery weight excluding any cover or product.
Battery weight unit of measure: The measuring unit of battery weight.
Number of lithium metal cells: The lithium metal cell content in the battery. Refer the battery packing.
Number of lithium-ion cells: Describe the total number of lithium-ion cells in the battery.
Lithium battery packaging: Select values from the drop-down list depending on the how the battery is contained in the product. For example, batteries only, with equipment, pre-installed in the equipment, etc.
Watt hours per battery: Specify the total run time of the battery in hours.
Lithium battery energy content unit of measure: The measuring unit of battery in watt-hours.
Lithium content (grams): The lithium content in the battery. Refer the battery packing.
Lithium battery weight unit of measure: The measuring unit of lithium battery weight.
Applicable dangerous goods regulations: Certain products are regulated as dangerous goods. Here you need to select values from the drop-down list. You have total 5 column space. This section is to be filled only if your product runs on battery.
UN number: The UN number is Hazmat United Nationals Regulatory ID. You can get the UN details from the manufacturer or in the safety data sheet. For example, UN1920.
Safety data sheet (SDS) URL: Insert the URL of the safety data sheet. It can be found on the manufacturer website.
Volume: The volume capacity of the product.
Item volume unit of measure: The measuring unit of the product volume.
Country/region of origin: The country where the product originated.
Flashpoint (°c)?: The flashpoint details are found in the safety data sheet or on the battery packaging.
HSN code: Write the 4 digit HSN code as per the GST regulation.
Categorisation/GHS pictograms: Select appropriate value from the drop-down list. For example, explosive, toxic, oxidizing, corrosive, etc. One value per column. Total 3 column space.
Item condition: State the condition of the item. For example, new, used, refurbished, etc.

Handling time: Time needed to pick, pack & ship the product.
Sale price: The price at which a seller offers a product on SALE.
Sale start & end date: The date when you want to start & end a sale.
Max aggregate ship quantity: Give the maximum number of products shipped in single order.
Product tax code: Specify the product tax code available of sales.
Max order quantity: Number of items a buyer can order at a time.
